After hearing learned advocates for some time, it is found that incriminating material i.e. dragger (sura) was recovered at the behest of the appellant on 29.01.2025 and it was forwarded to the Regional Forensic Laboratory, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, vide requisition.

During the course of hearing, learned APP submits that the Chemical Analyzer's report is awaited. 3.

Since the appellant is in custody since 27.01.2025, the Regional Director, Regional Forensic Laboratory, Chhatrapati

*2* 928apeal709o25 Sambhajinagar, is directed to provide the C.A. report to the Investigating Officer within a period of two weeks. The Investigating Officer shall, thereafter, forward a copy of the same to learned APP.

Learned APP to communicate this order to the Regional Director of Forensic Laboratory.
