Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 12.11.2025. 2.

Since the appellants have made out a case for ad-interim protection, the appellants are being protected. Therefore, ad interim protection in terms of prayer clause 'B', however with certain conditions. The learned Advocate for the appellants states that another appeal No.735/2025, arising out of the same crime, is listed on 03.11.2025. List both these matters together on the next date of hearing.

Hence, the following order is passed :-

O R D E R

[a] Until adjourned date of hearing in this matter, in the event of arrest of the appellants in connection with Crime bearing FIR No.490/2025 dated 17.09.2025 registered with Ghansawangi Police Station,Dist. Jalna, they are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing PR bonds in the sum of Rs.20,000/- each (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with one surety in the like amount. [b] The appellants shall attend the concerned police station on every Monday at 11.30 am., until further orders and shall co-operate with the investigation.

[c] The appellants shall furnish details of residential address and other contact details such as the mobile number etc. to the concerned police station. If there is any change in contact details, same shall be immediately informed to the concerned police station. [d] The appellants shall not contact and/or influence the witness/es and/or tamper with evidence in any manner whatsoever. ( SUSHIL M. GHODESWAR, J.) khs/Oct.2025/753
