In pursuance of the earlier order, Mr. Dagadu Sayappa Hake, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Bhokar Division, District Nanded, the Investigating Officer in Crime No.461 of 2025, registered with Bhokar Police Station, personally appeared before this Court and assured to arrest two absconding accused i.e. (1) Ankush Shankar Jadhav and (2) Poshetti Maroti Marewad, within one week, as they are absconding and fled away out of the State. 2.

Mr. Boinwad, the learned counsel for respondent No.2/informant made a statement that respondent

(( 2 )) 901-Cri-Apeal-778-2025 No.2/informant had informed the Investigating Officer that the absconding accused are in their village. The respondent No.2/informant is hereby directed to file affidavit to that effect. 3.

The appellant shall attend the Investigating Officer on 28.03.2026 at about 11.00 a.m.

Stand over to 02.04.2026. Interim relief, if any, granted earlier to continue till then.
