As per the office note, notice on Respondent No. 2 could not be served, as Respondent No. 2 is not residing at the given address; however, the victim-Respondent No. 2 is residing at Pune. Vide order dated 20.11.2025, the appellant was under an obligation to supply the correct address of Respondent No. 2, and upon such supply, notice was to be issued. However, till date, the appellant has not filed a pursis stating the correct address of
