I have gone through the record. On 26.08.2025, this Court has passed the order in Criminal Appeal No.467 of 2025 and declined to enlarge the appellant on anticipatory bail, as there is bar under Section 18 of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Subsequently, the appellant / accused again filed the present appeal seeking anticipatory bail on change in

(( 2 )) 916-Cri-Apeal-785-2025 circumstances. On 16.10.2025, this Court passed an order and granted anticipatory bail to the appellant. However, the appellant and his counsel remained absent. Therefore, issue show cause notice to the appellant and his Advocate stating that why the interim order dated 16.10.2025, passed by this Court shall not be revoked. 4.

The learned counsel for respondent No.2 is permitted to file reply affidavit during the course of the day. 5.
