After hearing for considerable period, when this Court shown its disinclination to grant relief, because earlier on 26.08.2025, this Court already passed order in Criminal Appeal no. 467 of 2025 and dismissed the appeal and declined to enlarge the appellant/accused on anticipatory bail, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw the appeal. Accordingly, the appeal stands disposed of. 2.

The earlier interim relief granted on 16.10.2025, is hereby stands vacated.

The investigating officer may take the custody of the appellant/accused immediately.
