Therefore, two appeals by one and the same appellant have been filed and challenged one and the same order. Therefore, on instructions, the learned counsel for the appellant in Criminal Appeal No.107 of 2026, seeks leave to withdraw the appeal.

Accordingly, Criminal Appeal No.107 of 2026 is disposed off as withdrawn.

The appellant shall proceed with Criminal Appeal No.820 of 2025.
