On 20th February, 2026, this Court has observed that learned advocate for the appellant was not present on 29-01-2026 and 05-02-2026, so also on 20-02-2026. Today also nobody is present to represent the appellant. 2.

This is an appeal against conviction and the appellant was convicted on 03rd September, 2024 for commission of offence punishable under Section 376(2)(j) and 376(2)(l) of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that nobody has put appearance, High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Aurangabad is directed to provide a counsel to represent the appellant. 3.
