Issue notice to the Respondents, returnable on 27/11/2025. Learned APP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 and 2. Notice of Respondent No.3 be served through the Investigating Officer.

Considering the allegations in the FIR and after perusal of the papers available on record, prima facie, this Court is inclined to grant interim protection to the appellant. Hence, I pass the following order:-

831.25apeal (2) a) Until returnable date of hearing, the appellant shall be released in the event of arrest in connection with Crime No. 1039/2025 registered on 09/09/2025 with Rahuri Police Station, Taluka Rahuri, Dist. Ahilyanagar for the offence punishable under Sections 115(2), 351(2), 304, 352, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and under Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2) (va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act 1989, on furnishing PR bond of Rs.25,000/- [Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only], with one solvent surety/ security in the like amount.

b) Appellant shall attend the concerned police station as and when called by the Investigating Officer. c) Appellant shall not try to contact or pressurize the witnesses or the informant, in any manner whatsoever. 4.

The protection granted today in favour of the Appellant shall continue till the adjourned date of hearing. [SUSHIL M. GHODESWAR, J.] sjk
