After hearing learned counsel for both the parties for some time, it is found that reply filed by the concerned investigating officer is short on the issue raised by the appellant in this case. The grounds for grant of bail raised by the learned counsel for the appellant is that the police authorities have filed temporary charge-sheet only. 2.

In that view of the matter, concerned Investigating Officer is directed to file additional affidavit on the issue raised by the appellant in this case. Such affidavit shall be filed within three weeks by way of last chance.
