Issue notice to the respondents returnable on 28.11.2025. Learned APP waives service of notice on behalf of respondent No.1/State. Notice to respondent No.2/ informant be served through the concerned Police Station.

The Investigating Officer is directed to file an affidavit before the returnable date, pointing out the position as regards grant of bail to other accused.

I have gone through the FIR and the record made available to me. Considering contents of the FIR, prima facie I

*2* 914apeal841o25 find that the appellant deserves some protection at this stage. As such, there shall be ad-interim protection to the appellant, however, subject to certain conditions. Hence the following order:-

ORDER

(i) Until returnable date in this matter, in the event of arrest of the appellant in connection with Crime bearing FIR No.172/2025 registered on 04.06.2025 with Veergaon Police Station, Taluka Vaijapur, District Aurangabad, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(ii) The appellant shall attend the concerned Police Station on every Monday at 11.30 am, until further orders and shall cooperate with investigation. (iii) The appellant shall furnish details of residential address and other contact details such as the mobile number etc. to the concerned Police Station. If there is any change in contact details, same shall be immediately informed to the concerned Police Station.

(iv) The appellant shall not contact and/or influence the witness/es and/or tamper with evidence in any manner whatsoever.
