Vide order dated 10.11.2025, interim relief in terms of prayer clause 'D' was granted to the appellants. However, the terms and conditions of the interim relief have not been mentioned in the order. Therefore, the interim relief to continue till the next date in terms of prayer clause 'D' with following terms and conditions :-
O R D E R
(i) Until adjourned date of hearing, in the event of arrest of the appellants in connection with C.R. No. 369/2025, dated 18.09.2025 registered with Mukundwadi Police khs/Dec.2025/846
- 2 - Station, District Chh.Sambhajinagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 332(c), 115(2), 352, 119(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S. and under Sections 3(2)(va), 3(1)(r) and 3(1)(s) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, the appellants are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing PR bonds in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) each with one solvent surety in the like amount.
(ii) The appellants shall attend the concerned Police Station on every Monday at 11.30 am, until the further orders and shall cooperate with the investigation.
(iii) The Appellants shall furnish details of residential address and other contact details such as the mobile number etc. to the concerned police station. If there is any change in the contact details, the same shall be immediately informed to the concerned police station.
(iv) The appellants shall not leave the jurisdiction of the competent Court without prior permission, until further orders.
(v) They shall not contact and/or influence the witness/es and/or tamper with the evidence in any manner whatsoever.
