Vide order dated 17/11/2025, this Court had already protected appellant by way of an ad interim protection vide prayer clause (C). However, inadvertently, the conditions of ad interim protection were not mentioned.

In view of above, on following conditions, the ad interim protection is granted to the appellant:- a) Until returnable date of hearing, the appellant shall be released in the event of arrest in connection with Crime No. 0501/2025 registered with Kopargaon Police Station, Dist. Ahilyanagar for the offence punishable under Sections 329(1),
861.25apeal (2) 329(3), 324(5), 119(1), 352, 189(2), 190 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and under Sections 3(1)(g), 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 2(2) (va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act 1989, on furnishing PR bond of Rs.25,000/- [Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only], with one solvent surety/ security in the like amount.
b) Appellant shall attend the concerned police station as and when called by the Investigating Officer. c) Appellant shall not try to contact or pressurize the witnesses or the informant, in any manner whatsoever. 3.
Learned APP to obtain investigation papers from the concerned Investigating Officer. The Investigating Officer shall file reply within a period of two weeks from today. 4.
Interim relief to continue till then.
