Heard the learned Advocate for the appellants for quite some time.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 11.12.2025. The learned APP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondents/State.

In the meantime, ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause 'C', on following terms and conditions :-

O R D E R

(i) Until adjourned date of hearing, in the event of arrest of the applicants Anand Haribhau Mane, Akash s/o Deepak Waghmare, Pruthwiraj Shriram Tarpe and Sahil Sanjiv Bhavare, in connection with C.R. No. 0287/2025, registered with Kinwat Police Station, District Nanded, for the offences punishable under Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and under Sections 115(2), 117(2), 126(2), 189(2), 191(2), 351(2) r/w Section 190 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, the applicants are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing PR bonds in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) each with one surety in the like amount.

(ii) The applicants shall attend the concerned Police Station on every Monday at 11.30 am, until the further orders and shall cooperate with the investigation.

(iii) The applicants shall furnish details of residential address and other contact details such as the mobile number etc. to the concerned police station. If there is any change in the contact details, the same shall be immediately informed to the concerned police station.

(iv) The applicants shall not leave the jurisdiction of the competent Court without prior permission, until further orders.

- 3 - (v) They shall not contact and/or influence the witness/es and/or tamper with the evidence in any manner whatsoever. 4.

List the Application for further consideration/hearing on 11.12.2025.

The ad interim protection granted today in favour of the applicants shall continue until the adjourned date of hearing only. ( SUSHIL M. GHODESWAR, J.)
