The learned counsel appearing for the appellant canvassed in vehemence and strongly opposed the adjournment on the ground that the present appellant is without protection of adinterim anticipatory bail and the appellant is belongs to Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe community. Therefore, the offence under Section 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(1)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, is made out against him. However, the appellant / accused is moving from one place to another, because he is under apprehension of arrest. 5.
Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 have filed independent reply and strongly opposed the application for anticipatory bail.

Needless to say that the other Criminal Appeal No.876 of 2025 and Criminal Appeal No.945 of 2025 arising out of one and the same F.I.R., are already adjourned to 02.04.2026. Therefore, the learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 also made a request for adjourning this matter for the same day on which other matters are listed.
