Heard the learned Advocate for the appellants for quite some time. Leave to correct the name of appellant No.3 Anant Vikramraj Pawar, as Anant Shahajirao Kadam (Parmeshwar). Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 04.12.2025. The learned APP waives service of notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Service of notice on respondent No.3 be made through the concerned Investigating Officer.

Ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause 'D' only in respect of appellant No.3 Anant Shahajirao Kadam (Parmeshwar), on following terms and conditions :-

O R D E R

(i) Until adjourned date of hearing, in the event of arrest of appellant No.3 Anant Shahajirao Kadam (Parmeshwar), in connection with C.R. No.0374/2025, registered with Tuljapur Police Station, District Dharashiv, for the offences punishable under Sections 118(1), 115(2), 189(2), 190, 191(2), 191(3), 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, under Section 4, 25 of the Arms Act, 1951 and under Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act 1989, the appellant No.3 is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only)with one surety in the like amount. (ii) The appellant No.3 shall attend the concerned Police Station on every Monday at 11.30 am, until the further orders and shall co-operate with the investigation.

(iii) The appellant No.3 shall furnish details of residential address and other contact details such as the mobile number etc. to the concerned police station. If there is any change in the contact details, the same shall be immediately informed to the concerned police station. (iv) The appellant No.3 shall not leave the jurisdiction of the competent Court without prior permission, until further orders.

(v) He shall not contact and/or influence the witness/es and/or tamper with the evidence in any manner

List the appeal for further consideration/hearing on 04.12.2025.

The protection granted today in favour of appellant No.3 / Anant Kadam shall continue until the adjourned date of hearing. ( SUSHIL M. GHODESWAR, J.)
