Issue Notice to the respondents returnable on 15.12.2025. Learned APP waives service of notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2/State. Notice to respondent No.3/ informant be served through the concerned Police Station. 4.
I have gone through the FIR and the record made available to me. Considering contents of the FIR, prima facie I
*2* find that the appellants deserve some protection at this stage. As such, there shall be ad-interim protection to the appellants, however, subject to certain conditions. Hence the following order:-
ORDER
(i) Until returnable date in this matter, in the event of arrest of the appellants (Nilesh Ram Salunke, Parwati Ram Salunke and Pooja Nilesh Salunke) in connection with Crime bearing FIR No. 0512/2025 registered on 05.11.2025 with Dharashiv Police Station, District Dharashiv, they are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) each with one or more sureties in the like amount.
(ii) The appellants shall attend the concerned Police Station on every Monday at 11.30 am, until further orders and shall cooperate with investigation. (iii) The appellants shall furnish details of residential address and other contact details such as the mobile number etc. to the concerned Police Station. If there is any change in contact details, same shall be immediately informed to the concerned Police Station.
(iv) The appellants shall not contact and/or influence the witness/es and/or tamper with evidence in any manner whatsoever.
*3* (v) The appellants shall not enter territorial jurisdiction of Dharashiv city, until further orders, except on the date of appearance.
