Mr. Shubham D. Jayabhar, learned counsel for the petitioner at the outset submitted that, though he himself is claiming regular bail in Crime No.395/2019, but the said crime was registered at Parner Police Station, being an informant. However, the sole victim in this crime is his wife who is deceased. Therefore he has added the mother of the deceased as respondent No.2, victim. Since he has carried out the amendment, office to issue notice to the newly added respondent No.2, returnable on 24.12.2025.
