Heard the learned Advocate for the appellant for quite some time. Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 17.12.2025. The learned APP waives service of notice on behalf of respondent No.1. Notice of respondent No.2 be served through the concerned Investigating Officer and to file affidavit of service before the next date of hearing.

Ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause 'D'. Appellant be released on pre-arrest bail on following terms and conditions :- khs/Nov.2025/896

- 2 - (i) Until adjourned date of hearing, in the event of arrest of the applicant Govind Jadhav, in connection with C.R. No.

0573/2025, registered with Bhagyanagar Police Station, District Nanded, for the offences punishable under Sections 64, 296, 115(2), 352, 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and u/s 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(ii) The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on every Monday at 11.30 am, until the further orders and shall cooperate with the investigation.

(iii) The Applicant shall furnish details of residential address and other contact details such as the mobile number etc. to the concerned police station. If there is any change in the contact details, the same shall be immediately informed to the concerned police station. (iv) The applicant shall not leave the jurisdiction of the competent Court without prior permission, until further orders.

(v) He shall not contact and/or influence the witness/es and/or tamper with the evidence in any manner whatsoever.
