On instructions, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant/accused seeks permission to withdraw the appeal on the ground that the charge-sheet has been filed on 22.12.2015 in the present matter, with liberty to the applicant to surrender before the learned Special Court (Atrocities), Nanded, on 16.02.2016 and to file an application for regular bail in connection with Crime No. 573/2025 registered with Bhagyanagar Police Station, Nanded for the offences punishable under section 64, 296, 115(2), 352, 351(3) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and under sections 3(1)(r),(s) and 3(2) (va) of Schedule Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. Leave granted.
