Heard learned counsel for the Appellants in both the Appeals, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the Informant. Perused the appeal memos and record, as well as a copy of the charge-sheet produced by the learned A.P.P before the Court. It appears that by orders dated 03rd December, 2025 and 08th December, 2025, this Court has granted interim bail to the appellants in both Appeals.

It is pertinent to note that today, learned A.P.P. submitted that the Investigating Officer has concluded that the complaint filed by the Informant was found to be false. Therefore, he had filed a 'B Summary' report before the learned Trial Court.

Learned counsel for the Respondent - Informant submitted that he has no instructions whether the Investigating Officer has filed a 'B Summary' report or not. Therefore, he has submitted to the Court's order. 4.

In view of the above, I deem it appropriate to confirm the order granting interim relief to the Appellants.

As such, orders dated 03rd December, 2025 and 04th December, 2025, passed by this Court in both the Appeals respectively, are hereby confirmed on the same terms and conditions.

Accordingly, both the Criminal Appeals are allowed in terms of the prayer clause (B) on the terms and conditions imposed by orders dated 03rd December, 2025 and 04th December, 2025, respectively. 7.

Both the appeals are disposed of.
