Respondent No.3-Savita Raju Kakde is personally present before this Court. Upon enquiry, she stated that by occupation she is labour, having no source of income and therefore, she is unable to bear legal expenses and prayed for providing counsel from the Legal Aid Panel.

Respondent No.3 shall appear before the learned Secretary, Legal Aid Sub-Committee, High Court, Aurangabad with a formal application. Thereafter, the learned Secretary shall appoint a counsel from the panel to defend the cause on her behalf. 3.
