Heard the learned Advocate for the appellant. 2.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 20.01.2026. The learned APP waives service of notice on behalf of respondent/State. Respondent No.2 be served through the concerned Investigating Officer. 3.

Ad interim relief in terms of prayer clause 'C'. Following is the order :- (i) Until the adjourned date of hearing, in the event of arrest of the appellant in connection with C.R. No.0323/2025, registered with Shirur Police Station, Dist.Beed, for the offences punishable under khs/Dec.2025/972

- 2 - Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 and Sections 115(2), 351(2), 352 r/w Section 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023, the applicant is directed to be released on bail on furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) with one solvent surety in the like amount.

(ii) The appellant shall attend the concerned Police Station on every Monday at 11.30 am. He is further directed to co-operate the investigation.

(iii) The appellant shall furnish details of residential address and other contact details such as the mobile number etc. to the concerned police station. If there is any change in the contact details, the same shall be immediately informed to the concerned police station.

(iv) The appellant shall not leave the jurisdiction of the Court without prior permission of the Court, until further orders. (v) He shall not contact and/or influence the witness/es and/or tamper with the evidence in any manner whatsoever. ( SUSHIL M. GHODESWAR, J.) khs/Dec.2025/972
