Accordingly, the victim shall appear before the learned Secretary, High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Aurangabad and submit an application. Thereafter, the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, shall provide the counsel from the panel to defend cause on her behalf.
