In response to the service of notice, Smt. Meera w/o Sunil Gaikwad, the natural mother of respondent No. 2-victim, appeared before this Court and stated that, the respondent No. 2-victim is having a sucking child and, hence, she is unable to attend the Court. She further made a statement that due to financial crises, she is unable to engage the lawyer hence, she prays for providing a lawyer from the Legal Aid Panel.

The respondent No. 2, through her mother may approach before the Secretary, High Court, Legal Aid Services Authority, Sub Committee, Aurangabad, with a request for providing a counsel from the panel.
