In pursuance of the order dated 04.03.2026, Appellant Nos. 1 to 5 and Respondent No.2-Informant are personally present before this court. Necessary enquiry was made about settlement of the matrimonial dispute as well as complaint/report lodged by respondent no.2, on the basis of which Crime No. 334/2025 registered with Peth Beed Police Station, Dist. Beed for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5), 85 of the Bhartiya Nayaya Sanhita and under sections 3(1)(r), 3(1) (s), 3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

After considering the contents of the FIR, it appears that marriage between Respondent No.2 and her husband Ravi Kachare- is inter-caste marriage. Husband-Ravi Kachare is son of present appellant Nos. 1 and 2, brother of appellant no.3 and relative of appellant Nos. 4 and 5. Considering the nature of the dispute, it would be just and proper to refer Respondent No. 2 and the appellants to a mediator to explore the possibility of settlement.

Both parties shall appear before the Learned Secretary, Legal Aid Sub Committee Aurangabad today itself i.e.18.03.2026. Thereafter, the parties may be referred to the trained mediator. 4.

Stand over to 18.04.2026.

Earlier interim order to continue till the next date. 6.
