his is an application for suspension of a sentence enforced upon the applicant on being convicted for the ofence under Section 307 of IPC by Judgment dated 30.04.2025 of the Sessions Court in Sessions Case (Ors.) No.7/2016. 2.
From the record, the applicant was granted bail during the course of the trial on 21.02.2013 and has not violated conditions of bail throughout the trial. Learned PP submits that there is no other ofence registered against the applicant. 6th May 2025

It is further submitted by the learned advocate for the applicant that the co-accused who is also convicted has been released by this Court on 02.05.2025 in Criminal Appeal No.442/2025 (F).

Considering all these circumstances, pending the inal hearing of the appeal, the sentence imposed upon the applicant shall stand suspended. he applicant shall be released on Bail, on the following conditions:
i) he applicant shall execute bail bond of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like amount before this Court. ii) he applicant shall not leave the State of Goa without prior written permission of this Court.
iii) he applicant shall remain present during the hearings of the appeal and on any speciic dates the Court may order.

he application is disposed of. Parties to act on an authenticated copy of this Order.
