Since the Applicant has deposited a part of the compensation amount, the sentence for the ofence punishable under Section 138 of the NI Act imposed by the JMFC, Vasco in Criminal Case No.86/OA/NIA/2019/D by its order dated 06.05.2023 shall stand suspended on the Applicant furnishing a PR bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten housand only) to be executed before the JMFC, Vasco.
