On the last occasion upon the exchange of respective proposals, the Applicant was called upon to reconsider the proposal and inform the Court accordingly. Today, the Ld. Counsel for the Respondent submitted that the area which is proposed by the Respondent at Mangoor Hill, Vasco Da Gama, Goa is quite decent accommodation, to which the Ld. Counsel for the Applicant submitted that the view of his client is contrary to it.

To avert any apprehensions and presumptions, the Applicant should visit the place which the Respondent is proposing to offer and then decide whether the said place is suitable for her or not. Both the 15th November, 2025
CRMA 76 of 2025 Counsel have fairly agreed to this option and have informed that they shall coordinate with each other and fix up a date and time when the proposed place can be shown to the Applicant and accordingly make a statement on the next date of hearing. In the meantime, if the Respondent has any other place to offer, the same also can be done with the consent of both the parties.
