After hearing learned Counsel for the respective parties for some time, I suggested to the parties to explore the possibility of an amicable settlement so as to bring the entire dispute to a quietus. Learned Counsel for the respective parties submitted that the matter may be referred to mediation.

2. The parties have jointly suggested the name of Shri Justice U. V. Bakre, retired High Court Judge, to be appointed as the Mediator.

3. Accordingly, Shri Justice U. V. Bakre, retired High Court Judge is hereby appointed as the Mediator to assist the parties in resolving the dispute amicably. The Mediator is requested to convene a 9th December, 2025

CRMA 76 of 2025 preliminary meeting with the parties at the earliest and to issue such further directions as may be necessary for the conduct of the mediation proceedings. Both parties to bear the mediation charges equally.
