1. This is an application filed for early hearing of the Criminal Appeal which was admitted by this Court on 29.07.2024. Vide Order dated 09.12.2025, this Court had appointed Shri. Justice U. V. Bakre, retired High Court Judge as a Mediator to assist the parties in resolving the dispute amicably. Today, Mr. S. Keny, learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that he shall intimate learned Mediator about the Order of this Court dated 09.12.2025.

2. Mr. S. Keny, learned Counsel for the Applicant also submits that apart from the mediation, the present application for early hearing of the appeal may be allowed. In that view of the matter and considering that the matter is admitted on 29.07.2024, the present application is disposed of by directing the Registry to place the Criminal Appeal at 19th January, 2026

CRMA 76 of 2025 the end of the admission Board on 25.02.2026.

3. Criminal Misc. Application No.76 of 2025 is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid Order.
