The applicant No.1 who is serving as a Superintendent of Sant Gadge Maharaj Shishi Gruh is present.

By this revision application, the applicants have challenged the order passed by the Principal District Judge, Wardha rejecting the application for the adoption of the child. The applicant Nos. 2 and 3 appeared through Video Conferencing. I have personally interacted with them to satisfy myself regarding the purpose to adopt a child though they are having own biological children.
