1. Heard learned Counsel for the Appellant, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondent/State and learned Counsel for the intervenor/victim under the Free Legal Aid Scheme.

2. The Appellant has filed an application for suspension of sentence. The Records and Proceedings were called for vide order dated 01.07.2025 from the Fast Track Special Court (POCSO) at Panaji. It is 14th October, 2025

CRMA 102 of 2025 informed that the Records and Proceedings have come; however, the Paper Book is not ready. The Registry of this Court to send the papers of the Sessions Case No. SCORS/26/2022 for preparing a Paper Book and the same to be sent to this Court within a period of 3 weeks.

3. The application for suspension of sentence is not considered at this stage for the reason that this Court has expressed that the Court can take the matter for final hearing and decide it.
