1. This is an application filed by the Applicant seeking issuance of notice to the Respondent by way of substituted service.

2. On 16.09.2025, this Court directed issuance of notice to the 4th December, 2025

CRMA 139 of 2025 Respondent, including private notice by all permissible modes, returnable on 30.09.2025. On 30.09.2025, the private notice issued to the Respondent was returned with the endorsement "addressee left".

3. On the said date, i.e., 30.09.2025, this Court further directed the Applicant to furnish a new address of the Respondent and to effect service through Registered Post A.D. The matter was thereafter adjourned to 04.12.2025.

4. The notice sent to the Respondent through Registered Post A.D. has now been returned with the endorsement "no person by such name resides at the given address".

5. In view of the above, and as service through ordinary modes has been rendered ineffective, notice shall be issued to the Respondent by affixation at her last known residential address. The notice shall be made returnable on 12.01.2026.
