The applicant has filed this application challenging the order dated 04.09.2025 thereby rejecting the discharge application filed by this applicant. 2.

There are other applications filed before this Court for cancellation of bail and challenging the order directing the police to conduct further investigation. It is also brought to the notice that the Hon'ble Apex Court has passed the order on one of the bail application and directed the Trial Court to proceed for framing of charge as early as possible. All these applications and the orders are brought to the notice of this Court.

As the learned Counsel appearing for the nonapplicant No.2 is not yet received the copy, the matter be placed on 13.11.2025 along with Criminal Application (APL) No.469/2025, Criminal Application (APPLN) No.56/2025 and Criminal Application (APPLN) No.62/2025.

The learned Counsel of the applicant submits that the matter is kept before the Trial Court on 10.11.2025 for framing of charge.
