The applicant had challenged the order rejecting to discharge the applicant for an offence punishable under Section Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3 of MPID Act however, the applicant is discharged for an offence punishable under Sections 406, 409 of the Indian Penal Code. The applicant has shown the document, the acknowledgment slip which shows that it is loan transaction between the complainant and the applicant. Considering the circumstances, the proceedings before the trial court is stayed till the next date against the applicant . 2.
