Petitioner's grievance that his complaint is pending before the the Respondent-Authority for long time. It was required to be decided within a time-frame of 90 days. So far that has not been done in this case.

We, therefore, direct the Respondent No.2-Authority to decide the Petitioner's complaint on its own merits, within a time-frame of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.
