Mr. Mayur S. Sonavane, learned APP informs the Court that the Petitioner has filed discharge application against the Charge-sheet dated 13th February 2016 (Page No. 161 of the paper-book).

List the matter on 2nd February 2026 under the caption "For Dismissal"."

Today, Mr. Dixit Parmar, learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that the Application dated 03.04.2024 filed by the
Gitalaxmi 18-WP-13-2026.doc Petitioners seeking discharge at Exhibit-G (Page Nos. 161 to 167 of the paper-book), is pending before the Trial Court. He on instructions from the Petitioners restricts this Petition by seeking a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the said Application dated 03.04.2024 (Exhibit-G) within a stipulated time. 3.
Mr. Sukanta Parmar, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent does not object for grant of the request made by Mr. Dixit Parmar, learned Advocate for the Petitioners.

In view of the above, the Trial Court is requested to make an endevour to dispose of the aforesaid Application dated 03.04.2024, filed in R.C.C. No. 519 of 2016 expeditiously and at any rate within a period of 3 months from this order being placed before the Trial Court.

Mr. Dixit Parmar, learned Advocate for the Petitioners undertakes to produce copy of this order before the Trial Court in R.C.C. No. 519 of 2016 within a period of 15 days from today. 6.
All contentions of the parties are left open. 7.
Criminal Writ Petition No. 13 of 2026 is disposed of in the above terms.
