A limited grievance in this Petition is that the appeals preferred by the Petitioners, being Appeal Nos. 112 of 2025 and 113 of 2025, under Section 60 of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951 have not been ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL decided though those Appeals were heard by the Divisional by ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2026.01.23 19:08:40 +0530 Commissioner, Konkan Division, on 15th October 2025. 3.

Attention of the Court is invited to the copy of the notice of hearing dated 9th October 2025, which indicates that on 15th October 2025 the Appeal Nos. 112 of 2025 and 113 of 2025 were listed before the Divisional Commissioner for hearing.

Without delving into the correctness of the assertion in the Petition, if the Appeals were in fact heard on 15th October 2025, the Appellate Authority is requested to pass orders on those Appeals, within a period of two weeks, and if the appeals were not finally heard on 15 th October 2025, hear those Appeals within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order, if not already decided. 5.

Petition disposed.
