Vide Order dated 11.11.2025, we had recorded that after hearing the Petitioner for quite some time, we were unable to understand his submission, and we had requested the Legal Aid Services Authority of this Court to appoint a suitable Advocate from their Panel to represent the Petitioner in this case. Accordingly, one Advocate was appointed. The Petitioner was not happy with him.

Therefore, we request the Member Secretary of the Legal Aid 16th December, 2025

WPCR 32 of 2025 Services Authority of this Court to interview the Petitioner and, according to his needs, some other Advocate be appointed to represent him. This exercise shall be conducted within a period of three weeks from today.
