Learned Senior Advocate Mr Usgaonkar, during the course of submissions, makes a statement on instructions from the Petitioners present in Court that the Petitioners are ready to explore the possibility of arriving at an amicable solution to the dispute considering that the substratum of the dispute is monetary in nature. Learned counsel for the Respondent No.3 fairly submits that the Respondent No.3 is not averse to any such bonafide and reasonable settlement.
