1. Registry to waive all the office objections, if any, and register the matter.

2. It is pointed out that the impugned order is passed on 10.05.2024, by which the Trial Court has granted conditional bail to the Accused. It is pointed out that by a subsequent order April 9, 2026

Union of India Vs.

Ranjindar Singh __________________________________________________ 11 WPCR No. 67 of 2026 dated 19.04.2025, the Trial Court has discharged the Accused from the proceedings. As such, nothing survives in the present Petition.

3. However, it is also pointed out by Mr. Faldessai that the discharge order is under challenge before this Court and therefore, the Petitioner be granted liberty, to revive this Petition or file a fresh Petition seeking appropriate reliefs and more particularly, the reliefs sought in the present Petition.

4. In view thereof, nothing survives in the present Petition and the same stands disposed of with the liberty as sought for. Personal Assistant of this Court. All concerned will act on order.
