1. The Registry to waive all the office objections and register the matter.

2. Heard Ms. Neha Bhobe, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner.

3. The Petitioner in the present petition seeks relief in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads as follows:

"a. The necessary Writ, order of direction be passed directing the Petitioner to raise all other grounds available to him in the said Criminal Miscellaneous Application No. 321/2023 in Bail Application No.98/2023 filed for cancellation of Bail before the Court of 9th April, 2026

14 WPCR 75 2026 Additional District and Sessions Judge-2 at Mapusa."

4. A perusal of the record shows that the relief sought is vague, without any material on record, and sought in a casual manner. Such relief cannot be entertained under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

5. Mr. Faldessai, learned Deputy Solicitor General of India, appearing on behalf of the Respondents, informed that the accused had initiated bail proceedings before the Trial Court and that bail came to be granted in his favour. After the grant of bail to the Petitioner, the Respondent has filed an application to cancel the bail granted to the Petitioner in view of the report received from the CFSL. However, the application could not be decided in view of the fact that the Petitioner is absconding.

6. In view thereof, I find that the present petition is devoid of merit and is frivolous.

7. The Petition stands dismissed.
