Heard Mr Deva, learned counsel for the Petitioner. He has iled additional synopsis of arguments and citations which are taken on record.

Mr Vaze, learned APP opposes the grant of relief as prayed in the Petition and submits that the entire charge-sheet along with its annexures even if taken at face value, make out a positive case against the Petitioner. he contentions of the Petitioner deal with issues which are essentially disputed questions of fact and will therefore be triable issues which cannot be decided in the writ jurisdiction of this Court.
