A prayer for hearing Externment Appeal No. 236 of 2025 filed by the petitioner has been made in this writ petition. 4.

Having regard to the limited prayer made in this writ petition, the same is disposed of with a direction to the Appellate Authority to decide Externment Appeal No. 236 of 2025 within four weeks provided the same is pressed on behalf of the petitioner within one week.
