By this Writ Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, challenge is to the legality and validity of the Order dated 3rd October 2025 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kalyan, District-Thane in Criminal M.A. (Delay) No. 122 of 2025. 2.

After arguing the matter for some time, Ms. Chandnani, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition. She only submits that the Petitioner be granted two weeks time to deposit the amount as directed by the impugned Order dated 3rd October 2025.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such. However, the Petitioner is granted time till 6th February 2026 to pay amount as directed by the Order dated 3rd October 2025.
