Heard learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner. She submitted that the Petitioner has complied with the order dated 06/02/2025 passed by this Court in the present Petition. Paragraph 4 of the order dated 06/02/2025 reads as follows:
"4. Pending disposal of this petition, the Applicant shall be released on him furnishing a PR Bond in the amount of Rs.20,000/- (the original condition of bail) before the Superintendent of the Central Jail, Colvale and shall furnish one surety in the amount of Rs.20,000/-; the surety may secure the surety amount by depositing the Fixed Deposit Receipts or in the alternative, deposit cash with the Registry of this Court by 07.02.2025."

After complying with the order, the Petitioner has availed the benefit of the order granting bail by the Session Court. 4.
In view thereof, nothing survives in the present petition. 5.
The petition is disposed of.
