ORDER
1.
Heard learned Senior counsel Ms. Luthra, appearing for the Petitioner.

By the present petition, the Petitioner has sought expedited hearing of the DVA proceedings in PWDVA/12/2023/C pending before the Judicial Magistrate First Class(JMFC), 'A' Court at Mapusa.

It is submitted that the proceedings have been pending since the year 2023 without any progress.
4.
The Petitioner has made an allegation that the Respondent has sought time in the proceedings, and therefore, the proceedings could not be completed.
5.
It is submitted that there is a pending interim application before the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, at 'A' Court Mapusa. 6.
In view thereof, the learned JMFC is directed to dispose of the pending interim application dated 06.03.2023 in PWDVA/12/2023/C within a period of three months from today.

The additional pleadings, compilation of documents, etc., shall be filed by the Petitioner or the Respondent within a period of 15 days from today. Thereafter, the parties shall not be allowed by the learned JMFC to file any documents, affidavits, pleadings, compilation of documents, etc. The learned JMFC shall decide a preliminary date to regulate the proceedings within a period of 15 days from today. Thereafter, the
Petitioner and the Respondent shall not be allowed to seek adjournment to the proceedings on any grounds.

The petition is disposed of by consent in the above terms. 9.
No order as to costs.
