By the present Petition, the Petitioner is seeking for following relief:
"A. That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to exercise its inherent powers u/b. 528 BNSS Act 2023 and quash the proceedings bearing RCC no. 111/2025 pending before the LD. JMFC Khalapur for alleged commission of offences punishable u/w 316(4), 61(2)(A), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023 and set the Petitioner at liberty."

After having heard the matter for some time, Ms. Beerta Bajwa, learned Advocate for the Petitioner, on instructions from Tikam
19-WP 150 of 2026.doc the Petitioner, craves leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to file an application seeking discharge before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage.

Ms. Dabholkar, learned APP does not object to the request made by the learned APP for the State.

In view of the above, leave granted to withdraw the Petition with liberty to file an application seeking discharge before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage. Such application be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.
