By the present Petition, the Petitioners seek the following relief :

"a.

This Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash and set aside the proceeding of RCC. No. 487/2019 pending before the Ld. J. M. F. C., Ulhasnagar arising out of F.I.R. No. I-327/2018 dated 23.10.2018 registered at the instance of Vitthalwadi Police Station for the offences punishable U/sec 498-A, 406, 323, 504, 506, 34 of Indian Penal Code."

Mr. Sukanta Karmakar, learned APP draws my attention to the order dated 11th December, 2025 passed by this Court in Criminal Application No. 849 of 2025 at Exh. J (page 162 of the paper book).

After having heard the matter for the some time, Mr. Sandesh Inamdar Shinde, learned Advocate for Petitioners sought pass over to take instructions from the Petitioners. After some time, at his request, the matter is taken up. Mr. Sandesh Inamdar Shinde on instructions from the Petitioners craves leave to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to approach the Trial Court by filing an application seeking discharge at the appropriate stage. Mr. Sukanta Karmakar, learned APP for the State does not object to the said request made by Mr. Sandesh Inamdar Shinde, learned Advocate for the Petitioners.

In view of the above, leave granted to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file application seeking discharge before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage. If such an application is filed, the same shall be considered on its own merits

and in accordance with law.

Criminal Writ Petition No. 198 of 2026 is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed.
